Yet another chance to win an iPod Touch by supporting Mera Sangeet, your favorite Hindi Radio Station.

Duration of the contest

The contest will start at 7:00 AM on March 6th, 2010 and end on April 15th, 2010 at 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time Zone).

Eligibility

All registered users of Mera Sangeet can participate.

How do I partipate?

Invite your friends to join Mera Sangeet and earn points for every friend that registers on the site.

• For every friend that you invite and registers on the site, you get 100 points.

Contest prizes

There will be two prizes:
1. An iPod Touch (8GB) or $200 for the contestant who gets the highest points.
2. An iPod Touch (8GB) or $200 for one lucky winner from all the participants who supported Mera Sangeet by sending emails.

How will I know how many points I have accumulated?

When you send an invitation and your friend accepts that invitation, you get 100 points. The points will be visible on the Mera Sangeet website for the top 10 participants.

How you can I invite friends?

Enter email addresses individually:
1. After you log into your account, click on "Invite a friend" on the left hand menu.
2. Type the e-mail addresses of the persons you would like to invite in the "To" address bar. Addresses should be separated by newlines or commas.
3. Add a personal message (optional) to the person you are inviting.
4. Click on "Send Invite".

Import contacts from Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.:
1. After you log into your account, you can import your friends from your existing email accounts. Click on "Import Contacts".
2. Select "Service provider" from the drop down list.
3. Enter your user name and password for your account, and your friends list will be populated.
4. Select the friends you want to invite.
5. Add a personal message and click "Send invite request".

When will the results be declared?

On April 17th, 2010.

Rules of the contest

1. Mera Sangeet Management reserves the right to disqualify a person who creates fake email addresses or sends emails to fake addresses.
2. Mera Sangeet Management reserves the right to select the lucky winner.
3. Only one user account and one email address per person is allowed.
4. Participation is expressly limited to one account per person. Points are non-transferable. All duplicate accounts or suspected duplicate accounts are subject to cancellation without notification by Mera Sangeet Management. Email addresses may not be shared between members; therefore, each account needs to have a unique, valid email address associated with it.
5. Mera Sangeet Management is NOT responsible for members missing out on Points due to, but not limited to, the following: forgotten username and/or password; problems, updates or maintenance which affects Mera Sangeet at a particular time; Internet, browser, server, or computer problems in general, etc.
6. Mera Sangeet Management reserves the right to change the rules of the contest.
